1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Takbet platform, including the website at takbet.io, the Takbet mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Takbet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for the deposit after deducting any amounts wagered.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Takbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested in the registration form. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

Takbet may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential.
• You must notify Takbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Takbet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your Takbet account — is not permitted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Takbet supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Takbet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are credited to your Takbet wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within a reasonable time, contact Takbet support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200. The maximum single withdrawal amount is BDT 50,000 unless otherwise agreed with the Takbet support team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Takbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

All bonuses on Takbet are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. • Bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, or manually by the Takbet team within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Takbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If Takbet determines that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on Takbet use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game reflect the theoretical long-term return and are accurate as of the date of publication.

By placing a bet on Takbet, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and is not influenced by Takbet, the player, or any external party.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the game round has started.
